v.7 1. A believer cannot go beyond the Holy Spirit’s knowledge.

1. God knows nothing too hard.

2. God sees only His plan.

He looks at His perfect word;  His word in our lives.

Opposition is not real in that it is not founded upon truth.

3. God sees circumstance as reconcilable to His will.   

                as in Jesus calming the sea.

4. God sees the tomorrows in His plan.   

                as in the order, the progression daily

5. God sees no opposition to stay His hand.

6. God knows only fulfillment,fulfilled in His time.

7. God knows only completion.

1. It follows God's prescribed course.

2. It needs no approving of man; although men may be involved.

3. Its march does not have to be visible, although its outcome will be.

4. Men may try to give influence, but when God has spoken, it is as God has said it will be.

5. Those under the security of the word's promise have a sure position.

6. God may be relied upon to work out all necessary elements for the gain of His will.

7. In the fullness of God's time, God's fulfillment is manifest.

7:1 1. God extends the invitation, man must come in response.

v.7 2. God will protect from the storms of life, man must enter into God's ark of

v.16 3. Man enters God's ark of safety, but security must come from the Lord.

v.17 4. God raises man above life destruction-the wages of sin.

v.16 5. Has no regard for privileged relationships, nor values their honor.

v.17 6. Uses pressure to obtain the desired outcome.

v.17 7. Quickly betrays the one supposedly loyal to.

To communicate with God requires truth as the vehicle. 

vs. 46 6) The foolishness of man is silenced by the resounding declaration of truth.

vs. 46 7) Man has nothing to add to truth's message. It is complete in every respect.

1. Because conditions about have caused dryness.

drought, seasonal changes.

2. Because of the chase of an enemy.

3. Because of normal exercise. (spiritual)

4. Because of need for replenishment.

v.2 5. Because of the satisfying taste.

(My soul thirsteth for God,)

v.2 6. Because of its life sustaining value.

(for the living God;)

v.2 7. Because of present limited capacity.
