Accepted John 10: 28-30

Read the passage John 10

v.28 1. A believer has Christ's acceptance.
(And I give unto them eternal life;)

2. A believer has Christ's life.
(eternal life)
His life presently.

3. A believer has Christ's promises.
(and they shall never perish,)

v.28 4. A believer has Christ's hold.
(neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.)

v.28 5. A believer has Christ's fellowship.

v.29 6. A believer has the Father's hold.
(...and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.)

v.30 7. A believer has the Father and the Son's acceptance.
(I and my Father are one.)

When God Declares Luke 1: 37

Read the passage Luke 1


(For with God nothing shall be impossible.)

When God declares, it is going to happen

1)  God is committed to all details and how they fit into time.

2)  God engages the heart and will of the essential parties.

3)  God is presently revealing a future of greater influence,.

4)  God holds the future revelations and implementation as well as that presently revealed.

5)  God delights in giving blessings.

6)  God’s record of doing the impossible is continuously extended..

7)  God so yokes His servants to Himself in a priviliged position with things impossible in life.

God the Son's Honor John 5: 21-30

Read the passage John 5


v.21 1. The Son has the same power as the Father.
(For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the
Son quickeneth whom He will.)

v.21 2. The Son has the same free will as the Father.

v.22 3. The Son is appointed the judge of men by His Father.
(For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:)

v.23 4. The Son is worthy of honor of men.
(That all men should honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He that 
honoreth not the Son honoreth not the Father which hath sent Him.)

v.23 5. To dishonor the Son is to dishonor the Father, a direct admonition to Israel.
v.24 6. The Son honors the Father.
(Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on
  Him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into
  condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.)

v.30,7. His honor is the honor of the judge of eternity.
   41 (I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is
  just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath
  sent me.)
(I receive not honor from men.)

The Certain and High Calling Matthew 2: 2-12

Read the passage Matthew 2


v.2 1. To come to Christ.
(Saying, Where is He that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in 
the east, and are come to worship Him.)

v.2 2. To worship Christ.

v.10 3. Greatly inspired of heart.
(When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.)

v.10 4. Of great joy in the heart.

v.11 5. Fulfilment of faith.
(And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary
  his mother, and fell down, and worshipped Him: and when they had opened their
  treasures, they presented unto Him gifts: gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.)

v.11 6. Offering rich gifts to the redeemer.

v.12 7. Holding forth the irreplaceable truth of Jesus in the heart.
(And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they
  departed into their own country another way.)

Worship-Its Love John 4 24

(worship Him in spirit and in truth.)
(Love the Lord with all thy heart …)  Luke 10: 27

1. Loving God first.

2. Loving God faithfully.

3. Loving God fearfully-reverently.

4. Loving God fervently.

5. Loving God fully, fulfillingly.
All your heart.     As you ought.     As He deserves.

6. Loving God flourishingly.
growing, healthy, strong,

7. Loving God forever.

Fulfilled Joy John 3: 29-36

Read the passage John 3

v.29 1. Being a friend of the bridegroom-Christ.
(but the freind of the bridegroom, which...)

v.29 2. Joy in hearing the Savior's voice.
(which standeth and heareth Him, rejoiceth greatly because of the  bridegroom’s 
voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.)

v.30 3. Seeing the Savior exalted.
(He must increase,)

v.30 4. Knowing your work is ended.
(...but I must decrease.)

v.31 5. Having heavenly understanding.
(He that cometh from above is above all: he  that is of the  earth is earthly, and 
speaketh of the  earth: he that  cometh from heaven  is above all.)

v.35 6. Knowing of Christ's greatness.
(The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into His hand.)

v.36 7. Secured by everlasting truth.
(He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and  he that believeth not  the
  Son shall not see life: but the  wrath  of God abideth on him.)

God's Purpose for Prayer Luke 11: 2-13

1. For the believer to gain Godly teaching and understanding.
v.2-4
literally to gain Christ

2. To learn of God’s goodness and grace.
v. 5-8

3. To assure the heart of God’s faithfulness to His word and to His people.
v.10

4. To make provision for the believer’s need.
v. 11, 12

v.13 5. To reveal and demonstrate that He is God and the superiority of His ways
and position.
(If ye the, being evil, …)

v.13 6. To know and to respond to the true need of the believer.
(how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them
  that ask Him?)

v.13 7. To reward the child of God as His child.
(how much more shall your heavenly Father give)

the testimony

(By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to 
another.)

1. Tells of Jesus’ presence in your life.

2. Tells of your surrender to Christ.

3. Tells of your acceptance of Christ’s conditions of love.

        4. Tells of your willingness to be a messenger for Jesus.

5. Tells of your security.
You know Jesus loves you.

6. Tells there is always more of Christ to gain and share.

7. Tells there is an eternity to love Jesus.
(eternal love.)
