Deity Personified John 8: 28, 29

Read the passage John 8


v.28 1. Inseparable from the Father's work.
(that I do nothing of myself;)

v.28 2. Inseparable from the Father's teachings.
(but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.)

v.29 3. Inseparable from the Father's mission.
(And He that sent me is with me:)

v.29 4. Inseparable from the Father's presence.
(the Father hath not left me alone;)
Never abiding alone.

5. Inseparable from the Father's authority.
(for I do always those things that please Him.)
Never acting alone.

6. Inseparable from the Father's will.
(for I do ....)

7. Inseparable from the Father's pleasure.
(always those things that please Him.)

The Vastness of Christ's Supply Luke 5: 6

Read the passage Luke 5


(And when they had this done, they enclosed a great multitude of fishes:
  and their net brake.)

1. He always has an abundance.

2. No matter the need, His supply is sufficient.

3. His way is always the shortest pathway to having needs met.

4. His supply is always freshly available according to the need existing.

5. Heavenly truths always exceed earthly wisdom.

6. The earthly perception, beliefs, and practices of the believer make it difficult 
to trust in the simplicity of heaven’s provision and power.

7. There is no lack with Jesus.
Oh, how we need to trust Him and praise Him for His abundant goodness.

Grace to be Grateful for Romans 11: 22

Read the passage Romans 11

(Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God:  on them which
fell ,severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in His goodness:
  otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.)

1. It is only because of God's goodness and mercy that I am saved.

2. God chose to extend to me His goodness, I didn't (don't) deserve it.

3. God's goodness continues to be extended to my life every day.

4. Because of His goodness, I can continue in the liberty of His salvation.

5. God is also a severe God.

6. It is with much gratefulness that I recognize the goodness of God's
  grace extended to me.

7. The blessing of God's goodness in salvation is an eternal treasure, to be
  highly valued and delighted in.

(thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.)

1. The beginning of the day with the Lord is a joy.

2. The meditation on God’s word early in the morning is a joy.

3. The expectation of the day is a joy.

4. The challenge to faith during the day is a joy.

5. The overcoming strength God gives during the day is a joy.

6. The tests of our faith are a joy.

7. The times of prayer throughout the day are a joy.

8. The fellowship throughout the day is a joy.

9. The fulfillment our of His abundance is a joy.

10. The final thoughts of the day are a joy.
Jesus is the joy!

1. His goodness is ever measurable.

2. His goodness is ever present.

3. His goodness is ever delightful.

4. His goodness is ever purposeful.

5. His goodness is ever merciful.

6. His goodness is ever comforting.

7. His goodness is ever encouraging loyalty of heart.

v.3 1. Recount God’s loving kindness.
(Because thy loving-kindness is better than life,)

v.3,4 2. Have a grateful heart.
(my lips shall praise thee, ) …

v.4 3. Exalt the one who is faithful.
(…I will lift up my hands in thy name.)

v.5 4. Let God’s prior report satisfy your heart.
(My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness,)

v.5 5. Express your joy and its source.
(and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips,)

v.6 6. Expand your heart’s consideration of God.
(…and meditate on thee in the night watches.)

v.7 7. Realize your only refuge is God.
(Because thou hast been my help,)

The Benefit of a Godly Burden Psalms 55 22

(Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee:  He shall never
  suffer the righteous to be moved.)

1. It enables your cooperation with God's plan.

2. It allows your gain of understanding of God's ways.

3. It reveals the strength of God's support

4. It increases your conviction and commitment to truth.

5. It assures your heart of God's faithful hand.

6. It allows God to affirm your position, fixed in truth.

7. It allows your faith to gain the manifested heritage of God's word.
The reward of truth-God's promised blessing.

Put Out the Defiled Numbers 5: 1-4

Read the passage Numbers 5


As typified in leprosy: 

1) Uncleanness causes a man to be defiled. V.2
(leper) 

2) Defilement poses a threat to unity within the camp of God's people. V.2 
(put out of the camp) 

3) Defilement poses a threat to spiritual health within the camp of God's people. V.2
(put out of the camp) 

4) Defilement exposes God's people to the same defilement within the camp, thus the need of separation. V.2
(put out of the camp ••• ) 

5) Defilement is defilement irrespective of the cause of defilement. V.2 
(leper, everyone that hath an issue, and whosoever is defiled by the dead.) 

6) Defilement gains no concessions of favor or justifications.v.3
 (Both male and female shall ye put out, ••• ) 

7) Defilement must be dealt with or it will deal with the undefiled. V.3 
(that they defile not their camps,) 

8) Defilement is not a condition in which God can dwell. V.3 
(in the midst whereof I dwell.) 

9) Defilement will be dealt with as the issue of obedience is dealt with. V.4
(and the children of Israel did so,) 

10) Defilement ceases having an effect when it is dealt with as God directs. V.4
(and put them outside the camp; as the Lord spoke unto Moses,)
