Read the passage: John 16
The Holy Spirit:
v.13 1.is truth in Spirit.
(the Spirit of truth,)
v.13 2.knows the way of truth.
(He will guide you into all truth:)
v.13 3.knows the author of truth.
(for He shall not speak of Himself;)
v.13 4.hears truth.
(but whatsoever He shall hear,)
v.13 5.always speaks truth.
(that shall He speak:)
v.13 6.knows the truths for tomorrow.
(and He will show you things to come.)knows the needs tomorrow will bring to the believer.
v.14 7.knows the truth of Christ's glory.
(He shall glorify me:)
v.14 8.knows Jesus' riches.
(for He shall receive of mine,)
v.14 9.knows believers' need for truth.
(and shall show it unto you.)
v.15 10.knows the availability of truth to every believer.
(All things that the Father hath are mine; therefore said I, that He shall take of mine, and shall
show it unto you.)
