The Message of Freedom Mark 5: 1, 15-17, 20

Read the passage Mark 5

V 14 1) The defeatings of the enemy are of great interest.
( ... and they went out to see what it was that was done.)

v 15 2) The restoration of freedom is of God's order, peace, and purpose.
(see him that was possessed ... sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind)

v 15 3) The work of freedom gives an astonishing report.
(and they were afraid.) (and they that saw it told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the demons, ... )

v 17 4) Many who witness the work of Christ are afraid to be associated with its testimony.
(and they began to implore him to depart out of their borders.)

v 18 5) One who has been granted freedom by Christ does not want to depart from His blessed presence.
(he that had been possessed with the demon implored Him that he might be with Him)

v 19 6) The work of freedom is to take the message of freedom to others in need.
( ... Go home to thy friends, and tell them what great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.)

v 20 7) The report of freedom is to be faithfully declared and will be marvelously received.
(and he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis what great things Jesus had done for him; and all men did marvel.)
