God's Sovereign Rule Over the Enemy Numbers 23: 27-30

1) All of the enemy's persistence and scheming shall not prevail against God's will. V.27
(and Balak said unto Balaam, ••• ) 

2) All the enticements the enemy offers to human instruments shall not prevail against God's
will. V.28
(and Balak brought Balaam unto the top of Peor, •.• )

3) All the foolish tarrying before obedience shall not halt the success of God's will. V.29
(and Balaam said unto Balak, Build me here seven altars, and prepare me here seven bullocks and seven rams.) 

4) All the vain professions of commitment shall not persuade nor influence God's will. V.30
(and Balak did as Balaam had said,) 

5) All the much vain sacrifice of man shall not persuade nor influence 
God's will. V.30
(and offered a bullock and a ram on every altar) 

6) God persists in His expression of His will for His people. 24:1
(and when Balaam saw that it pleased the Lord to bless Israel,) 

7) The enemy shall not prevail against God's sovereignty over His people.
