Ye are light.

v.16 3. Use the resource of time wisely.
In the context of the time you are living in.

redeeming- Strong’s 1805- make the most of time; same as in Gal. 3;: 13
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law.
time- 2540- time (particular and general) seasons, due time.
v.16 4. Know the time in which you are living.
(because the days are evil.)
Focus on priority
Be wise, discerning, as children of light.
v.17 5. Don't be without knowledge of God's will.
(Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.)
v.17 6. Be a student of God's will.
(understanding what the will of the Lord is.)
Growing in understanding.
v.18 7. Be guided by a full spirit.
