v.5,6 1. The enemy cannot touch nor affect the promises of God’s word.
(And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judea; …)
Today the enemy has new Bible versions but has no power to change nor
alter God’s precious word.

v.7 2. The enemy cannot touch nor detain heaven’s proclamation of Jesus.
(…what time the star appeared.)

v.8 3. The enemy cannot touch nor alter the plan of God.
(And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the
young child;… )

v.9 4. The enemy cannot touch nor alter the instruments of God’s choosing.
(When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they
saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the
young child was.)

v.10 5. The enemy cannot touch nor harm the true spiritual joy Christ brings to the
human heart.
(When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.)

v.11 6. The enemy cannot deceive a heart(s) bent upon getting into the presence of
Jesus.
(And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with
Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped Him: and when they had
opened their treasures, they presented unto Him gifts: gold, and
frankincense, and myrrh.)

v.12 7. The enemy cannot touch nor alter that which Jesus transfers to the heart of
the worshiper, the love, the loyalty, the keeping.
(And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod,
they departed into their own country another way.)
