1. It is not subject to man's omission.
(God is not a man)
2. It is not subject to man's dishonor.
(that he should lie;)
3. It is not subject to error.
(neither the son of man, that he should repent:)
4. It is not subject to man's vanity.
(hath He said, and shall He not do it?)
5. It is not subject to man's powerlessness.
(....shall He not do it?)
6. It is not subject to man's presumption.
(Or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good?)
7. It is not subject to man's experience.
(...and shall He not make it good?)
Man's experience is error, rebellion, sin, failure.
