Read the passage: John 11
God’s commitment as deliverer to us as His children encountering these doubts,
fears, troublings; He is the resurrection, now.
When His children:
v.33 1. When they fail to see Him as God's Son.
(He groaned in the spirit, and was troubled,)
v.33 2. When they are needlessly troubled.
(When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, )
v.22 3. When they are overcome by inadequate trusting.
v.33 4. When there is failure to respond to the Spirit of Christ.
(...groaned in the spirit,)
v.36 5. When there is such misunderstanding of divine presence and purpose.
(Then said the Jews, Behold how He loved him! )
v.37 6. When they cannot accept Jesus and just believe in Him.
38 (And some of them said, Could not this man, ...)
v.38 7. When Jesus must over and again objectively reveal His deity.
(Jesus therefore again groaning in Himself cometh to the grave.)
He has to do something to help man's unbelief.
