1. God's truth is absolute.

(God is not a man...)

2. Perfection needs no change.

(...that He should repent)

3. God's truth is fully purposed.

(Hath He said, and shall He not do it?)

4. God's truth is fully empowered.

(...shall He not make it good?)

5. God's truth is not subject to confusion or burden.

(Hath He said...)

6. God's truth is not sidetracked.

(shall He not make it good?)

v.20 7. God's truth as declared by God, is.

(...I cannot reverse it.)

As God declares, so is it.
