Faithful in the Battle Joshua 10 8

(And the Lord said unto Joshua, Fear them not: for I have delivered them into thine hand; there shall not a man of them stand before thee.)

1. God’s people fail in multiple ways, God never fails.
    i.e. Ch. 9
   
   
2. Pressures mount against God’s people because of their omissions, yet, God abideth still as the God of His people.
   v. 1-6
   
   
3. The victory is not in the hands of men but in the hands of God.
   
   
4. God is still the initiator, though His followers sought to be the initiator.
   
   
5. God still brings peace, though His followers made a wrong choice.
   
   
6. God still brings the victory though His followers encumbered their freedom.
   
   
7. God is still the opposer to His enemies and to their untruthfulness.
