v.18            1. Make God's word your heart's filling.

            (Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart)

v.18            2. Make God's word the substance of your life action.

            (and in your soul)

v.18            3. Make God's word your common testimony.

             (and bind them for a sign upon your hand,)

v.18            4. Make God's word your ready reference.

             (a sign upon your hand,)

v.18            5. Make God's word your continual testimony.

            (that they may be as frontlets between your eyes)

v.18            6. Make God's word your sight.

            (that they may be as frontlets between your eyes)

            walk by faith, not by sight

v.19            7. Make God's word your living letter.
            (when thou sittest in thine house, wa1kest by the way, when thou liest down,
            and when thou risest up.)

v.20            8. Make God's word your family guide.
            (and thou shalt write them upon the doorposts of thine house, and upon thy gates,)

v.20            9. Make God's word your protection.

            (and thou shalt write them upon the doorposts of thine house,)

v.20            10. Make God's word your sustaining life.
