1. The
enemy never was in control; God had been all along.

2. God’s
people never belonged to Egypt, they belonged to God.
3. The
enemy didn’t let God’s people go; God did.

v.8 4. The
enemy couldn’t find God were it not for God’s people to pursue.
And
the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt and he

bounds are appointed over the enemy, that the enemy cannot pass.

is free to exercise His dominion.
