The Testimony Is Sure Numbers 23: 20-24

1) The testimony of God's intention is a sure record of that which is to come. V.20

(Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; ) 

2) God's testimony cannot be reversed by man; it is a sure word.

 (and I cannot reverse it) 

3) God's testimony of loving forgiveness is a sure expression toward His people. 

(He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath He seen perverseness in Israel: ... ) 

4) The testimony of God's presence is a sure work of comfort to God's people. V,21

(the Lord, his God, is with him, and the shout of a king is among them. ) 

5) The testimony of deliverance from oppression is a sure testimony to God's mercy. V.22

(God brought them out of Egypt; ... ) 

6) God's protection against evil's impurity is a testimony of God's purity and righteous

standard. 

v.23 (surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against

Israel.) 

7) God's extended testimony is one of completed victory. V.23,24

( ... it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!) (Behold, the people

shall rise up as a great lion, ... )
