Read the passage: Luke 12
v.31 1. Not what but whom.
(But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto
you.)
2. Not for some things, but all things inclusively.
Not things, but virtues.
3. Not worldliness, but heaven’s provision.
4. Not man’s will, but God’s will.
5. Not man’s increase, but God’s increase.
v.32 6. Not what is best for me, but what is God’s pleasure.
(Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.)
7. Not my security, but God’s securing.
(fear not,)
8. Not independence, but dependence upon Christ, my provider, my everything.
9. Not free as man sees it, but spiritually free indeed.

10. Not temporal, but things eternal.
