1) Evil sponsors
further evil; an evil city or governing body sponsors other evil conduct.
(v 11 there is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against
the Lord, a wicked counselor.)
2) Evil doesn’t act alone.
3) Wickedness seeks
others to carry out its deeds, succeeding in misleading the unwary.
(v. 11 a wicked counselor)
4) Evil cannot hide
nor mask its presence as against God.
(v 12 Thus saith the Lord; Though they be quiet, and likewise
many, yet thus)
5) Whether few or
many, all evil doers are enemies of God.
(v 12- and likewise many, yet thus)
6) All of evil shall
be cut down by God.
(v 12- Yet thus shall they be cut down, when He shall pass
through.)
7) The hold the enemy
thinks he has on God’s people is broken.
(v. 13- For now will I break his yoke from off thee, and will
burst thy bonds in sunder.)
God upholds His own people.
