v.9 1. When God makes Himself visible to the enemy that is all that may be seen.
(For from the top of the rocks I see Him, and from the hills I behold Him:)
v.9 2. The enemy cannot escape the knowledge of God’s presence.
v.9 3. The will of God is a barrier which the enemy cannot cross.

v.10 5. God’s rule is seen as all encompassing.

v.9 6. The promised blessings upon God’s people are truly unlimited by God
for His own.

v.10 7. The blessing of God’s people is an envious one to the unrighteous.
